Statements of Faith

One God in three
persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The verbal
inspiration of the whole Bible as God's infallible revelation to man.

Jesus Christ's
deity, virgin birth, sinless humanity, substitutionary death, atoning blood,
bodily resurrection, and ascension to heaven.

Salvation by faith
in Christ alone, without works, and solely by grace.

The ministry of
the Holy Spirit is to glorify Jesus Christ; to guide, instruct and empower
Christians; and to convict and draw sinful man to an eternal relationship
with God.

The resurrection
of the body; eternal glory for believers in heaven, and everlasting
punishment for unbelievers in hell.

The one true
church, the body of Christ, consisting of all believers, regardless of race
or social standing.
-
The need for
spiritual growth through Bible study, prayer, witnessing, and involvement in
a Bible-believing church.

The imminent
return of Christ for His Church, judgment of the living and dead, and the
establishment of His Kingdom on earth.

The two ordinances
of the church: water baptism by immersion and observance of the Lord's
Supper.

God. He wants everyone to have a personal relationship with Him and become
fully devoted followers of Christ.
WITH EACH OTHER...People
need each other. Our desire is to help people strengthen friendships,
marriages and families.
The Who We Are Class
This is a class
designed for people who are interested in Grace Community Church and also serves
as an orientation class for new members. Classes are scheduled in the
following months: January, April, July & October.
